Sleep Cards

  1. Stand tall and reach your arms to the sky as you inhale.
  2. Exhale and bend over into a forward full.
  3. Place your hands on the floor and step into plank.
  4. Lift your hips toward the sky gently “peddle” feet so that heels are encouraged to touch the floor.
  5. Bring yourself to a child's pose position, resting your hips on your heels with arms on the floor reaching past your head.
  6. Come up to a kneeling position.
  7. Enter into a plank.
  8. Step your feet to your hands.
  9. Roll through your spine to stand. 
  10. Repeat 4 more times.
