I’ve been a group fitness instructor for 25 years and Tabata Bootcamp Master Trainer with Savvier Fitness since 2015. One of the aspects that really attracted me to the Tabata Bootcamp program was the nutrition and behavioral change component. As I began to listen to the current research in nutrition, I realized there is a direct connection between what we eat and how we feel.
I attended One Day to Wellness in October of 2016 and found the tools to communicate that message to my students. While I am still a group fitness instructor and Tabata Bootcamp trainer, I have found a new passion for empowering others through nutrition education.
When my students send me a message to tell me they have a clean bill of health at 60 when they were previously pre-diabetic or they have been able to lose weight and change the food culture in their family, it makes my heart sing. Nothing in my career has made me feel quite as fulfilled as helping people on their wellness journey. I encourage everyone to take One Day to Wellness. It will change you in ways you might never have imagined!
