Plants, Purpose, and Partnership

These are my threesome of choice. Fuel you and your loved one well with purpose and passion and the power of plants and I assure you that you will be blown away with what transpires.
Try for one week to: 

• Eat a whole-food, plant-based diet, and take note of how you feel emotionally and physically.
• Define and then dive into a purpose. Any purpose will do; just choose something you are passionate about and commit wholeheartedly for one week.
• Carve out time to be present and available 100 percent to your partner. No TV, no computer, no cell phone, no distractions between you. Allow for that time to ground your bond.
