Tabata Trek combines intensity intervals of cardio and strength for a workout that will challenge every cell in your body. Tabata is a training protocol that requires all-out effort and then complete rest. The intensity bouts only last 20 seconds but these 20 seconds will be the hardest effort you can muster. One Tabata session lasts for 4 minutes 20 work/ 10 rest = 8 cycles. You will be one the bike for the cardio intervals and off the bike for strength intervals.
