This is our go-to hummus recipe! We LOVE this stuff! Did you know that you could try other beans besides garbanzo in your hummus recipe? These are some that we like to use to change it up a bit!

INGREDIENTS
2-3 cups chickpeas, canned or cooked
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice from 1/2 lemon
Pepper to taste
Liquid aminos to taste
1/4 cup tahini
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
1/2 TBSP mustard
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp maple syrup
Optional sriracha to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together beans, garlic, lemon, and pepper in food processor.
2. Add remaining ingredients and pulse.
3. Enjoy with fresh veggies, or warm, dense whole grain bread!
