PNWFitCon presented by Core Health & Fitness

Mindy, Mylo, and I are currently camped in our RV at the Oregon Inlet in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. If you haven’t had the chance to visit this area, it’s worth the visit. During the “elbow” season of early spring here, the beaches are uncrowded and stunningly beautiful. I brought a surfboard, but it doesn’t look like mother nature is going to cooperate with the waves.

The great news is that we are gearing up to hit the road again. Mindy and I are VERY excited to be presenting at the first LIVE annual PNWFitCon presented by Core Health & Fitness.

Jamie Nichols and her team from DCAC are expanding their fitness extravaganza to the Seattle area April 28th to May 1st with the help of our partners Core Health & Fitness and Savvier Fitness. Mindy will be presenting several movement sessions including “Best Buns and Legs on the Planet” and her signature HIIT program, “Tabata Bootcamp”

I am looking forward to sharing the latest incredible research on the human gut and its importance for long-term health in “Top Foods for A Healthy Gut Biome”. Mindy and I will also be sharing some very simple and easy-to-implement ways to lean more to the green in “Transitioning to A Plant-Based diet.
